1. Membership

Subscription Fee: The 'Quartz Package' is a monthly subscription priced at £40.

Minimum Term: The initial commitment is for a minimum of six (6) months. After this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time with no additional fees. Additional fees for early cancellation are calculated to include any discounted/offer amounts for treatments already taken on the six month subscription period in question. These discounted/offer amounts will include: the discounted element of any monthly package facials already taken, other discounted elements for other treatments, (if any have been taken), the full price of any perks taken and any transaction fees incurred by the Face And Body Company for the subscription payments.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your subscription, simply provide a written notice to enquiries@faceandbodyco.cm, 28 days or more prior to your desired cancellation date. (Text, mail or email cancellations are accepted).

2. Facial Treatments

Monthly Facial: Each month, members are entitled to one of the following facials:

3. Exclusive Discounts

Discount on Other Treatments: Members receive a 5% discount on all other treatments available at The Face And Body Company. There is no limit to how many additional treatments you can book with this discount when you are a Facial Club member.

4. Exclusive 'Gem Of A Treat'

Exclusively for Quartz Facial Club members, choose a perk to add to any one of your facials every six months.

The choice of perks change each month to add a perfect boost to your skin's journey and an additional indulgence to look forward to!

Conditions: The perks must be used in conjunction with a monthly facial and cannot be carried over to future months if not used within the six-month period.

5. Appointment Booking

Priority Booking: Members receive priority booking, allowing them first access to appointment times that are most convenient.

Flexible Scheduling: Assistence will be available where needed to find suitable slots and in making bookings.

Appointments should be scheduled in advance wherever possible to ensure the best choice of availability.

6. No Rollovers

Monthly Facial: Unused facials do not roll over to the next month. Members are encouraged to take advantage of their monthly facial to fully benefit from the package.

7. Amendments and Termination

Membership Amendments: The Face And Body Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the 'Quartz Package' membership with a 6 month notice to members.

Termination by The Face And Body Company: The Face And Body Company reserves the right to terminate the membership if the terms and conditions are violated or if the company deems necessary. Members will be notified in writing if their membership is terminated.

8. Liability and Responsibility

Member Responsibility: Members are responsible for informing the esthetician of any skin concerns, allergies, or medical conditions prior to receiving treatments.

Liability: The Face And Body Company is not liable for any adverse reactions or results due to undisclosed information.

9. Payment and Renewal

Payment Method: The monthly subscription fee of £40 will be automatically charged to the member's provided payment method each month.

Renewal: Membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
