1. Membership

Subscription Fee: The 'Diamond Package' is a monthly subscription priced at £85.

Minimum Term: The initial commitment is for a minimum of six (6) months. After this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time with no additional fees. Additional fees for early cancellation are calculated to include any discounted/offer amounts for treatments already taken on the six month subscription period in question. These discounted/offer amounts will include: the discounted element of any monthly package facials already taken, other discounted elements for other treatments, (if any have been taken), the full price of any perks taken and any transaction fees incurred by the Face And Body Company for the subscription payments.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your subscription, simply provide a written notice at least 30 days prior to your desired cancellation date.

2. Facial Treatments

Monthly Facial: Each month, members are entitled to one of the following facials:

Luxury 3D Hydr02 Facial (usual price £120)

The Ultimate Facial (Usual price £99)

Savings: Members save between £14 and £35 per month compared to non-member prices. Additional unlimited savings can be made with further purchases of treatments or products at The Face And Body Company using the 10% off discounts.

3. Exclusive Discounts

Discount on Other Treatments AND Products: Members receive a 10% discount on products AND all other treatments available at The Face And Body Company.

4. Special 'Gem Of A Treat'

Every six months choose either: one Free 3D Luxury Hydr02 Facial (worth £120), or 50% off one (face only) 3D Dermaforce Microneedling Treatment (worth £125)

Conditions: The ‘Gem Of A Treat’ offer must be used within the six month period following the subscription starting and cannot be carried over to future months if not used within that period. A new period begins with each six months of subscription payments.

5. Appointment Booking

Priority Booking: Members receive priority booking, allowing them to schedule their monthly facials at times that are most convenient.

Flexible Scheduling: Appointments should be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.

6. No Rollovers

Monthly Facial: Unused facials do not roll over to the next month. Members are encouraged to take advantage of their monthly facial to fully benefit from the package.

7. Amendments and Termination

Membership Amendments: The Face And Body Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the 'Diamond Package' membership with a 6 month notice to members.

Termination by The Face And Body Company: The Face And Body Company reserves the right to terminate the membership if the terms and conditions are violated or if the company deems necessary. Members will be notified in writing if their membership is terminated.

8. Liability and Responsibility

Member Responsibility: Members are responsible for informing the esthetician of any skin concerns, allergies, or medical conditions prior to receiving treatments.

Bookings: Members are responsible for ensuring they book in advance to avoid availability becoming limited, however, as a Facial Club Member you will enjoy priority bookings and the upmost importance will be placed on your requests wherever possible.

Liability: The Face And Body Company is not liable for any adverse reactions or results due to undisclosed information.

9. Payment and Renewal

Payment Method: The monthly subscription fee of £85 will be automatically charged to the member's provided payment method each month.

Renewal: Membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
