With your SPARTY date reserved we will send you our SPARTY Guide that includes everything you can expect on the day and simple steps to prepare including choosing your treatments.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read before booking 

  1. Times and prices quoted are per party guest. For example, a party of five people with three guests enjoying a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage and two guests enjoying a Spa Manicure would include approximately 3 hours of treatment time and cost £116.

  2. Treatment times and prices do not include a 30min setup / 10min pack-up time which we do not charge for, however please consider this additional required time when planning your event.

  3. Additional beauty therapists and hair stylists are available if necessary, all of whom are fully qualified, experienced, and CRB checked.

  4. Where a party requires more than one therapist due to treatment time requested, this can be arranged.

  5. Your home, in particular floors and furniture, will be respected and suitably protected. Waterproof sheets will be put in place where necessary and due care will be taken at all times. Unfortunately, glitter, if used, has a tendency to have a mind of its own and will travel, however it is easily vacuumed and will not cause any damage.

  6. There is a minimum charge of £50 for THE FACE AND BODY COMPANY mobile services.

  7. A £50 deposit is required to confirm the booking with the remaining balance due on the day of the party. We require 72 hours notice for cancellations, where this notice is not given the full amount for the original booking will be charged.

  8. We pride ourselves on our eco-friendly and ethical approach to beauty, we source cruelty free, Fairtrade, organic and natural products. We use EcoStarDust, a safe and biodegradable glitter and Neal’s Yard Remedies skincare for your peace of mind.

  9. We require each guest attending to complete a consultation form relevant to the service they will be receiving at the party. We include a copy of this form with your booking confirmation and with each email invitation sent to your guests. Alternatively, we can happily provide paper forms and invites. The form also includes an optional consent tick box for photography to be taken during the party - only where consent is unanimously given, will THE FACE AND BODY COMPANY take photographs at the party to use for Marketing purposes. Digital copies of any photographs taken by THE FACE AND BODY COMPANY will always be gifted to the host and guests to keep and enjoy at no charge. This does not refer to our professional photography service option which is quoted and charged separately.
